I need a website that's highly ajax/javascript based but will be a single page.  It will have liquid width and a fixed toolbar at the bottom.  It will also require ties into Facebook Connect/Twitter API and Paypal.  

I have already done the design in photoshop and know exactly how I want it to look like and work.

It really shouldn't take more than 25 hours for someone who knows what they're doing.  Also, please don't bother applying if you are outside the US/Canada as I have really had too many bad experiences.  The communication barrier is too high.
