We need to development a j2me mobile application that should cover these requirements:
1. - The app must work with all the major phone brands (Java compatible phones)
2. - Friendly user interface with following sections:
 NEWS: all information regarding this section will be provided / updated via RSS. If there is much information, it should be divided in several pages
 AGENDA:  all information regarding this section will be provided /updated via RSS. If there is much information, it should be divided in several pages
 REGISTRATION FORM: Form for user registration, this form should be send via HTTP to store all the information in a server database.
3. - All images should be adapted to mobile screen size.
4. - Every time the app need to connect throw internet, the user must be advised and confirm the connection, if the user decide not to connect, all contents downloaded previously should be displayed.
5. - Design for user interface will be provided.
