We have an HTML/CSS template of site we need inserted into a php database.  

You will need php,sql, html & css knowledge.  The template must look as close as possible to the original layout.  Some coding will be required.

We can give access to test database and also a sample HTML template on another site which has very similar design.

Need to be quick at edited and may even need some graphic skills if there is issues with design layout.

Have set a fixed price for this hopefully small and quick project
