Need a Youtube alike site

The biggest part of the database will be provided by us. Things such as video/pic files, descriptions, etc we have. Things that need to be added to that excisting DB are things like

   1. user registration details
   2. video title & description editing options
   3. etc

The design is already made and PSD files are available..February 18th is the deadline.
