We are a small business based in Sydney, Australia that focuses on fitness, lifestyle and entertainment and we are currently looking for a WEB DESIGNER / DEVELOPER to help us build and manage our website. 

Possible specializations includes:

• E - commerce
• Flash animation
• HTML and CSS design
• Database integration
• Search engine optimization

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Web designer or developer needs to:

•Establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience.

•Identify the type of content the site will host.

•Determine any functionality that the site must support.

•Give guidance on layout, colors and styles.

•Must be an effective communicator with an ability to explain technical issue in everyday language.

•Must be able to effectively translate ideas into reality and  excel at detail organization.

•Need not only to have an aesthetic eye for design, but also need to have the technical skills to run computer software’s such as wordpress, adobe, joomla etc. which include the 
text, graphics, animation, images and designs.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•Graphic design, Joomla, PHP, SEO and web marketing campaigns. 

•Write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements.

•Test the website and identify any technical problems.

•Upload the site onto a server and register it with different search engines.

•Reliable, and can meet deliverables on time. 

•Must have an EXCELLENT WRITTEN and SPOKEN ENGLISH 

•Must have the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines. 

•Should be enthusiastic about working collaboratively on cross-functional team and coordinating between them. 

•Should have previous experience working in a fast-paced, team-focused entrepreneurial environment.


We are looking for a creative graphics artist, a skilled Joomla PHP developer and a skilled internet marketer who can build and put this website up and running on a short period of time.
