Create search script to identify documents with expired effectivity dates - i.e documents that are no longer "effective".
Create cron job to automatically create a report of the above and email it to selected individuals.
The installation is stock standard and no customisations have been made, so you will be able to use a standard installation of alfresco as the basis for development.
The deliverable will be to email the script and cron job so that it can be deployed in our environment.  We will configure the email addresses for the cron job and review the code.
