We have the standard Webasyst Shop-Script and we want  changes and additions to have a login wholesale  website.

User detail management area with admin input and control.
Item prices only show to logged in users - smarty template mod.
Add an admin list price page with table of all products and prices.
Item prices individually defined per user by +- % or +-$ on list cost. 
Delivery cost added per order, defined by item count or admin entered variable amount.
VAT/Tax added at end and shown separately on invoice with total amount including freight.
Quick Order Form link lists all products with each line hyperlinked to product info (use admin list page template above) with text field for order quantity. Calculate totals etc and generate to invoice. 
Integrate payment into existing Shop-Script payment module.
Login user can save previous quick orders for reorders.
Smarty template alterations for minor container repositioning. (smarty.net)
