We need a new CKeditor Plugin which is similar to the current image plugin, but simpler.

The plugin basicly will oen a dialog when clicked. The dialog has a search box and a result list box. When user click search, it will query the web server and get a list of available items and when user select one, it will insert a hyperlink in the context.

That's what we need. We can do the web server programming and you need to do the UI.

You'd better really familiar with CKeditor, cause we need a high quality one and would have future requirements on this plugin.
