We are looking for a web development partner to help us to create a website similar to threadless.com (the products we sell are not tshirts)

The site will need to allow users to submit their designs, allow strong community participation for uses to rate designs, submit feedback and chat to each other.
It will also need e-commerce ability (although this can use third party software like shopify).

From admin point of view, the system will need to be robust and have an admin area to manage how everything works.

The job spec will need to include:
- ideas and strategy
- logo design and brand
- web design concepts
- programming and development
- delivery with training

We understand that to achieve everything that threadless.com have in 1 phase is wishful thinking at best. So we are really asking for your concepts and proposals... again I want to stress that we are not looking for "features" but benefits for users of the website to make it a strong "community based" website that will make users want to be involved and submit, rate and ultimately buy products.
