Local application (windows-based but multiple platform would be nice) that interfaces with a website/database. A master web interface will control yearly software renewal, manage visitors who sign up at the website, and manage clubs who utilize online services.

1. Only functioning shell will be needed, visual design will be completed by designer.

2. Accept data uploads from software and allow visitors to access specific locations through registration & login (for example: location A has 20 teams, 100 individuals. Through location ID, individuals can register and access location, team and personal statistics)
