We are looking at specialized Joomla and PHP developer/coder, who can work for us on a full time basis in projects and activities, continously every month for a long time:

Requirements:


1. Must be well versed in Joomla 1.5, with good experience of coding and UI designing Joomla extensions and Joomla websites.


2. Must be good in PHP and mySQL


3. Must have used or should know to use Sub Version


4. Javascript, Ajax, Mootools knowledge is required


5. Should be an expert in CSS


6. Should have reasonable amount of SEO knowledge so that sites created are Search Engine Friendly

Note:


1. Daily activities involve project coding, designing, documentation, product development, testing, website development etc...


2. All communications will be via phone (if required), email and messenger (yahoo/live.in).


3. Payment will be made on monthly basis


4. If work is done up to satisfaction work will be ongoing


5. All activities will be planned earlier and deadlines must be stuck to, at any cost.


6. Initially agreed renumeration may be increased, based on the performance and commitment displayed in the initial 2 months time.

Additional Info (Added 1/1/2010 at 5:26 EST)... We want to do work and pay on monthly salary basis here and not on project wise basis or hourly basis. So please do not bid, if you are looking at work on project/hourly basis.

Our budget to start with, is $150 to $200 per month. This renumeration may be increased, based on the performance and commitment displayed in the initial 2 months time.
