We are creating a vocabulary learning (flashcards) website and require the following:

- creating/reading/writing a database
- extract data from Excel file and allocate to database tables
- display text as gif image (e.g. like Facebook email)
- customized administration panel
- integration with Paypal
- single keystroke actions from keyboard
