Looking for a simple script..

What I want...

What's the objective?:


Allow visitors to quickly upload a picture to the frontpage of my website. Visitors must be able to enter their name as well, that will appear right under the picture. Thumbnails are to be the size of 50X50 (With the option to change them in the admin control panel)

Functions:

1.) On homepage. I want the visitor to be able to browse their computer for an image (.jpg,.png,.gif,.bmp) and upload it.

2.) Visitor must have the option to name that picture before they select approve. Whatever they name the picture must appear under the picture once uploaded and shown on frontpage.

3.) I want a filesize cap (5MB) I must be able to change this via control panel.

4.) Once the picture is uploaded, the picture appears on the frontpage. (50x50)

5.) The Picture WILL NOT! Link to the bigger size. The bigger size doesn't matter.

6.) Must be set up to display 100 pictures on the front page.

That's it on the frontend size :)

BACKEND!

1.) Inside the control panel, I must be able to see which I.P uploaded what picture. (just incase something illegal is uploaded, they must be held accountable)

2.) I must have the ability to delete pictures

3.) I must have the ability to LINK pictures if I wanted to. (always opens link in NEW window)

4.) I must be able to add pictures.

5.) I must have the option to display 25, 50 , 100 , 150, 200 pictures on the front page.

IMPORTANT!!

To make it design Savvy! I must be able to apply a simple "Insert Code Function" in any PHP page to get the script to come up!!!

THAT'S IT!
