We need a program that will generate and manage widgets as part of a service that we will offer to our clients.  Ideally, the program would be entirely web based and run in the background of our website.  Here is how it would work:

Step 1. Clients will upload information and documents (.doc, .pdf, .xls, .tff etc) into a web based UI.

Step 2. The program will then create an ad based on this information.

Step 3. Customers are served the ad through a widget on websites.  They can then select to receive information (they specify what they want to receive via a dropdown), and how they want to receive it (another dropdown) and their contact info (user-entry dropdown with field verification).

Step 4. The program then compiles the information they have requested and emails it to them if they selected email delivery, or emails the documents to an internal address with the client's address if they selected mail delivery.
