My site is www.giantraider.com - It is using Clip-share 4.1.5 and multiple server plugin. It is running on 2 servers, with ligttpd, mod_secdownload. I need an expert who can help me to fix the following issues:

1. Check the conversion process for mp4 and rmvb. Right now it can not convert mp4 and rmvb format.

2. Apply mod_flv for ligttpd. The site is running on lighttpd but mod_flv is not working. I note I have mod_secdownload working properly.

3. Check the conversion processes on the second server. If I upload several avi files to this server, the conversion failure is about 20%. It means only 4 out of 5 files get converted. It happens only on the second server.

4. Ads banner over player. I am using Nuevo Player. I want to have ad banner 300x250 over player like this link

There will be a banner 300x250 over the player. This banner will have adsense code. This banner will close automatically in 20 seconds for example, or user will have to close it in 20 seconds. The video is still streaming meanwhile.


There will be the ads on the footer of the player also, just like the link above. It will pull down automatically in 20 seconds or users have to close it.


All ads over player will be included in embed player also

5. Customize the size of this site and put some ads positions. Make the size bigger like youtube size. Since we make the size bigger, we can adjust the size of player, and other tables.
