I am looking for a designer/programmer for a custom design template for our smarty / PHP based Website.

Template needs to be smarty code to work with the cms. But should not be to difficult because, example templates will be provided along with additional information.

A creative Designer is needed, who can build/design for our Website/CMS a webdesign based on the smarty template language.
