Need a website designed for a client. The following details must be met in order for payment to be rendered.

1. I am contracting you to perform a site design for me, you are considered a sub contractor hired by me to perform these services. 
2. I own all rights to all code and graphics. 
3. My company name, Abacus Pros LLC Professional Computer Consultants will be displayed at the bottom of the page as is on all the sites we've done to date. I will take care of this part in the code. 
4. At no time now or any time in the future may you include any sites created for me in your portfolio, as you are working for me. 
5. All code is to be commented in a very very detailed manner so that it could be edited by the client if necessary in the future. 
6. There will be two videos to embed on the site, one on the home page and one on the about page, these will be provided to you by me and cannot be hosted by YouTube. 
7. My team may assist in any graphics work that is to be done. If this is the case, completed graphics will be sent to you by me to be inserted into code. 
8. Any and all edits necessary will be performed by you and/or your team if requested by my client once I submit the link to my client for approval. Most of the time once you submit a site for approval to a client, there's usually minor changes and/or edits that need to be made. 
9. Final payment will be sent to you once I have site approval from my client. 
10. Site design is to be finished by 12AM EST December 4,, 2009. 
11. I need a home page with dummy data for text, I will insert the necessary text given to me by the client, graphics and video for this will need to be inserted as well which will be submitted by me. All you have to do is fit it in the code and make it look good. 
12. About us page with dummy data, once again, I will insert the necessary code submitted by cllient, graphics and video will also need to be inserted which will also be submitted by me. 
13. Contact us form which comes to an email link, example; http://www.632tech.com/contactus (this link goes outside taskcity.com). A map of clients location will also need to be on the contact us page, which will load though Bing maps. I will supply you with the necessary address to make this happen. You can place my email (philip@abacusprosllc.com),  as the link for testing purposes, I will insert the correct email once we set the client up on a hosting plan and get him an email address. 
14. Services page with dummy data, and certification logos which will be supplied to you by me. Services page will most likely also include a coverage area map of areas that my client services which will be a graphic most likely created by my team. 
15. Leave us feedback link which will be on the home page most likely which takes you to a fillable form and a view testimonials link on the feedback form. In other words, when a customer leaves new feedback, it should post to the testimonials page so that clients can view testmonials. Feedback form names will be supplied to you by me. 
16. Search Engine Optimization is to be included with every page in a fashion that my client will land in the top of the search engines once the spider crawls his site.
