I'm looking for a script similar to taskcity to sell my products/ services


Features I need

Buyers Area

1.Buyers will join for free to get membership access
2.Buyers will have to purchase "Credits" to buy Services
3.Each service is priced at a certain credits
4.Membership area can have content like latest news and other upsale products
5. Must use Clickbank and Paypal as payment processor
6. Affiliate linking thru clickbank to promote services
7. Recurring method to automatically rebill credits every month
8. Once a member the refering affiliate will have their referal link "hardcoded" so everytime they make a purchase the affiliate will get a commission
9. Area to have status updates on their purchased services
10. Ticketing system
11. Shopping Cart system to buy services
12. Fraud Protection

Providers Area

1. Login on a seperate domain (will be on same server)
2. Each provider will have certain privilages
3. Providers will grab 1 or even 2 posted projects from the buyers and will update the status of the buyers 
4. Once completed they can pick additional projects to work on.


I don't know for sure there is an existing opensource script like this and you can customize my needs.  

After successfully testing and fully launching my service. I will more than happy to give out a generous bonus
