Programmer should be able to fully 

1,Set up Ultracart

2,Customize site integration

3,Upsell offers

4,Single checkout page customizations 

5,User profiles

6,API experience to integrate with merchant accounts like Authorize.net 

7 Experience of integrating with websites like Drupal
 
8,Custom setup of products, and basically all things related in any way to the cart. 

We're looking for 
someone with a proven track record of the cart that can show examples of their work, and has already done similar jobs on high traffic ultra cart systems.

1, An example of as many sites on which you have successfully integrated Ultracart 

2, How many years of experience using Ultracart

3, Examples of creating up sells and cross sells
