We are looking for someone to set up a dedicated email server for us, that will be able to send out large quantities of emails. We will provide anything that is required, including the server to work on. Preferably, we are looking for someone with experience in doing this or something similar. All correspondance will be done online.

Please note: This is NOT unsolicited email. It is going to be used with a new Facebook feature that allows games to ask their users for their emails so that we can send them content. All emails sent out will be at the consent of the user.
The specifications are below. They are intentionally not specific in some areas because we believe an experienced coder will be able to outline for us the best course of action on how to set something like this up. The bid should outline the very basics of what would need to be done.
Specifications: -Ability to send upwards of 1 million emails a day -Protection from being blocked by common spam filters on major email providers. (This is not spam email. More will be explained  when the bid is accepted) -IMAP -SMTP, not exchange. -If possible, a simple API for us to use once it is completed
