Looking to hire a small company with good development experience to develop a PHP based web application. We estimate the job will take three month and our budget is $5000.



The section process works like this:





You will respond with no pricing with details of your company, project management capabilities, development capabilities, testing capabilities with the per hour rates for each of the resources.


If I like what you send, I will send the reference website that need to be cloned


You will prepared a detailed module level proposal and hours required for each of the module. Also, you will recommend any open source ready made platforms available that can be used to cut cost and time.


Your participation in project requirements will be basis of decision. I am looking to work with a company that has a structure, ability analyze the requirements and provide good proposal, good project management capabilities, good development process and testing team.


Please note that this is not one time deal. There will be ongoing projects. If you are selected you will sign a working agreement with us and you will be working on behalf of us in developing applications.
