I am looking for a programmer who can ensure that my Social Engine site works without error. As it is, I can't do business until my product is up to par.

I have already installed the social engine and a few third party plug-ins. I'm in the process of submitting support tickets for the third-party plug-ins, but I have no idea how to perform any of the tasks they may ask (to fix the issues) no matter how simple they may be, because I am not a website person. I am told that Smarty and PHP knowledge is necessary. Also, I've located a template for the site that I would like to have installed.

This project is pretty minimal, but it means a lot for my business. Also, if I can find a professional that I work well with, I will need several modifications following this project. So, I'm looking for someone with experience, experience, experience. I'm looking for someone who is not too busy to dedicate time to my project. My business is at a critical point right now. So I need someone really step in and make things work! :)
