I am looking for a clone of the site infrastructure listed in the the attachment. Specifically I'd like all the front and backend functionality and features. The actual design will be different and focused on a similar but, different audience. The one additional feature/functionality I need to add to this is segmented membership capabilities and a shopping cart to take payments and do reocurring billing. See attachment for more info.
