Project Scope:
CMH Records seeks a complete turnkey solution for the Rockabye Baby Website. The deliverables would include: weekly/as needed progress reports, project plan and timeline, upgrade and implement functions on current website running Joomla and Magento to the latest version; migrate existing templates to new website, migrate existing members, shopping cart and integration to PayPal and Cybersource, a functional commercial website, resolution of the open issues listed below, and complete code and documentation.
