I have a relatively small project which is currently about 6500 lines long written in VB.NET. Neatly coded, and higly modular. However there is practically no commentary. I have designed and spec'ed out the full project, but the programmer had to leave the task suddenly. I am quite capable of coding myself so communications will be much easier than the typical customer.



Though the project is small, its function is complex, so understading it requires some high level attention. Reasonable aptitude for mathematical/computational, and logic issues will be important. Also skills in parallel processing will be very useful in the future.



For this bid I need a programmer to create documentation (using the standard VB.net tags) for the existing codebase. However, the main purpose is for the developer to understand the complexities of the process so that future additions are possible. This also means that being able to access the same individual in the future to capitalize on the training achieved in this phase.
