Here is description of my primary project:
Build the social web service (target is medical market) basing the CodeIgniter(PHP).
It should be MySQL or PostgreSQL database using. It will running on *nix Web Server. Should be optimized for 10 000 connections at once.

Some time later I will update it, and add some list of features (but mostly you can find it on current top social services like facebook).
I will choose coders using next criteria: - previous projects; - little test work; - style of coding (PHP, SQL); - level of documentation; - knowledge of other technologies, such as RIA, Streaming Video, etc.; - rating on current site; - level of personal blog; - diligence; - communication;
also it will be a good plus, if developer have some successful opensource project.
This is a longterm project, so please be honest with yourself and with me.
