The company I work for operates two existing web sites.  One is a bed and breakfast and the other is a private rental apartment.
We need both sites (there are two domains) completely redesigned.  Both sites will need a high intensity version as well as a low-bandwidth version with a similar look and feel.



All photos and text will be provided.



I am very knowledgeable of web servers and web design so I will be able to provide a VERY detailed set of clear instructions to follow.  However, I cannot draw a stick-man so I will rely on the designer's creativity.



Both sites will require basic email submit forms and video, but nothing else very technical.  My primary interest is to find someone who can build an extremely modern looking site with beautiful design work and creativity.



I am only going to accept bids from those who can show me previous design work.
