Presently seeking an experienced website designer who is willing to design a website for uploading pictures, submitted by the public, and also has some knowledge of placing ads (such as Google ads, Doubleclick ads, etc) in order to use the profits to offset the website cost. I have websites in mind that I would like to copy the format of.



The website should have an easy user interface for me to upload new pictures and if possible have each picture automatically stamped with my website logo (which still needs to be designed if you know how to do that as well) prior to posting. I would also like to have the option for each picture to be "shared/saved/emailed", allow viewers to post comments, and allow viewers to rate each picture.



Your advice and expertise will also be greatly appreciated if you can offer tips on optimizing layout, search-ability, revenue generation etc on this website. I am presently a full time student and do not have time to design this website on my own.
