I'm willing to pay $120-200 for these changes. They must be made in 5 days and no later. If you can't meet that deadline don't apply for this project. Also if you have holidays this week, and can't work don't apply for this.

Brief outline


The website allows youth hostel/hotel owners to log into their own software area to manage their guests and everyday management of their properties. It is a version of hotel management systems but aimed for youth hostels and their specific needs. The site has admin backend and also has a PayPal payment system integrated to take guest bookings that appear within the system. A full list of changes required are listed below and you can log in and view the webiste and application with the following usernames.

Requirements


1. Add meta data to pages and enable SEO information

2. Delete forum pages and insert static page instead

3. Alter all spelling and grammar mistakes and change some text which I will provide

4. Create bigger window for software to operate inside.

5. Create new layout with colour codes to show all guest reservations for 7 days, 14 days or 28 days. (hopefully straight forward as already designed and working just in different layout)

6. Fix the name bank feature used to drag and drop guests into different beds which is not working correctly, or design and implement alternative way of moving guests to different beds.

7.Change layouts to make user subscriptions easier to pay for (paypal pages working fine)

8. Add automated email to show details of the guest booking and send to the hostel/hotel email address

9. Create a widget for properties to place on their website so guests can search availability for that property. (guests can already do this but have to be on the hostelmate pages http://www.hostelmate.com/?add_booking )

10. Change the layout for group feature

11. Enable the hostelmate logo to be clicked to return to home page

12. Change layout for taking a guests payment

13. Create a back or undo button after each action incase of mistakes and also a button after each action to take you back to the main page instead of having to press home tab.

14. Enable ability to alter a guests details and extend their stay more easily.

15. Currently guest check out is disabled in the trail mode. Change this to allow it.

16. The ability to alter if you want the manager password to be used or not to access all features. The ability to turn it on or off for each property and remember the selection even if you log out and back in.

17. Add 5 new currencies.

18. Make designed layouts for rooms and beds more modern, fresher and glossy

19. Change guest list layout to show guests due to check in, checked in and checked out.
