I have an AJAX-heavy Django ERP website consisting of quite a few internal applications.

I need a skilled and experienced coder to join the existing two programmers working on the project. Your work will focus on developing several new components of the project, and adding some automated testing to ensure that critical services are maintained at high reliability levels.

Your interaction with the other coders will usually be minimal, but they will be available to help you quickly get into the current code base, answering questions etc.

The spec of the first batch of work which will be covered by this project will be sent to you after signing an NDA, which will be sent to you after an initial discussion to ensure that your level of experience and skills match our expectations. The first batch is expected to take one month of full-time work, and assuming you complete it successfully we will offer you additional follow-up projects for the long run.

In your reply please include:
1. A tentative bid to cover one month of full-time work
2. What is your availability level: how many hours per day/week can you dedicate, and for how long are you able and interested in sustaining such work intensity?
3. What is your experience level with Python and Django? Please reference past projects of yours.
