Survey Code Project
1.        We will have a code that is unique to each person visiting our site. This code is entered into a form and when the user hits submit, it needs to be validated to make sure it is in our database & was entered correctly. If the code is not correct, the visitor gets 3 attempts before they are timed out and asked to call an 800# for support. If the code was entered correctly, once validated, they are taken to a welcome page.
2.        The code will be alpha-numeric up to 8 or 9 digits.
3.        We will need to be able to access the database that holds the codes and visitor info to remove old codes that have been used, to add new ones, etc.

 
Client Login Project
1.        We will have a client page where visitors are asked to enter in their viewer code. That viewer code will need to be validated against a database to make sure it is correct. If correct, we would like the page to update to another URL within our site. The URL that loads is going to be specific to the code that is entered.
2.        We will also need access to that database and it’s content to make changes to the codes and the URLs.
