We're looking for a midsize software factory (5+ coders) with expertise in PHP, Javascript, XML and OO to partner with us in an ongoing relationship.

The first project will be about creating a simple blog platform connected to Twitter:

* The user will be able to input information about his/her house
* That info will be posted to a page
* A shortened URL will be generated for this page
* A Twitter entry will be generated with that shortened URL
* Twitter followers (e.g.: contactors, equipment sellers) will then connect and post their proposal as comments
* The user will then receive those proposals thru mail
