I need a component developed for joomla. I need to know if you can do it, if you can do it ASAP (in the next 1-2 weeks max) and how much will it cost. Here is the components specification:

1) every registered user of the joomla CMS website should have a personal page where they are asked to fill in a form with their name, address, some other info.

2) We have about 22 text files. These can be 22 pages/conent items/etc (whatever is easier). In the beginning of each text file we have gaps like: Dear Mr........, whose address is ......... and the phone number is.......

3) We want that when a user fills in the forms, that info is taken to those files to fill in the gaps, so that these files become personalized with their name, address, etc. Then we want the user to be able to print these files off the website without saving them on his computer.
