I need a web page that pulls data from a number of lookup/reference tables, and filters data on a main table, and builds a report template.



I will describe the functionality is good detail, and will provide you with a basic HTML template, a ASP.NET website structure with css, js, master page, business layer code, and database with sample data. I will also guide you through which technologies to use where, and can discuss the logic for the implementation. (I'm a developer myself - but cannot find  time to do this).



You will be working with a SVN source control server that I host - and collaborating with a server-side developer who will develop most of the back-end functionality (BLL, DAL).



I need someone who has a lot of expertise in the following:

- ASP.NET MVC

- jQuery, AJAX

- CSS, XHTML

- Web services (WCF)

- C#

- SQL Server 2005/8

- LINQ, LINQ TO SQL

- Fusion charts ( www. fusioncharts .com/free )



In your bid, please provide a rating of yourself in each of the technologies mentioned above.



Previous experience with all of the technologies will be very beneficial and will put your bid ahead of others. (I'll need some proof of your previous work ofcourse...
