aim is to make a social network site which will be only for island where i live. simply contact to me for izmir.net 's sample user account to see features they have. programming could be anything but we prefer php (since our dedicated server is centos) we need upgrade support as well for users like gold members vip members which we can upgrade downgrade or where they can become gold or vip by coupons that we will provide or where they can buy from us. we need template design aswell we can hire you for year to check our site and do upgrade after project completes this is serious we already take some bids and prices for this project. we dont care if you lose ready codes or make your own but we want clean code also site should be multilanguage you can make it for english but we may can translate it to any language (just use locale) because we will translate it to turkish. also it should support modules addons to add. if you can use mysql database it would be better. we just want fast and light site (ajax codding welcome)
