<br />What I need:<br /><br />A 3D walk through of an apartment layout. The apartment is square and just under 1000sqft. You would furnish the apartment. We'd like to have some sort of fly through type video that highlites all the rooms and feature. This would ideally be export to a flash file so that we can integrate this into our web site and it will play on most browsers. I have architects drawings of the units that are to scale. We know what colours the kitchens are, however you would put together a few different versions with different paint schemes.<br /><br />I also need a site plan. We have the dimensions of the lot, where the building will sit, etc. What we'd like is an artist's rendition of the area. It is a small lot (around half acre).<br /><br />Please provide example portfolio samples.
