The point of this application is to create a simple photo application with just 1 function of subtracting a specific color out of the picture (Green/blue screen, chroma-key). This application has the same kind of functionality. http://www.ziconic.com/Ziconic/PicTricks.html

Here is a simple screen/function list:

1. Intro screen

2. Instructions
3. Choose or take photo
4. Choose background
5. Choose a color from the original picture to subtract (green, blue, etc)
5. Finished product with applied background.

This application will use a photo of the subject in front of a 1-colored background (green screen) and they will be able to choose a background to replace the "green screen". As with the previous projects, we will be including all the art for this project.

Can you give us a $ estimate as well as a development time estimate.
