1.案件说明：开发或修改既有OCR （使用Tesseract OCR engine 或任何您熟悉的OCR engine）(https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/) ，能够快速精准辨识数字字体（只辨识英文字母及数字为主，无须考虑字词及中文）如电子錶表上的数字。 需包装成lib给Xcode或iOS Android app开发平台使用。--- Using Tesseract OCR engine (https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/ ) to modify an OCR lib for iOS or Android develop platform, such as Xcode.

2.配合时间：随时 - start anytime.

3.配合地点：无需至指定地点。需偶尔配合见面开会及讨论。 - remote co-work.

4.开发内容说明：
a. 以辨识手錶类型的装置为主。
- scan target - the digital watch surface, such as Casio.

b. 不同的錶面，有不同的辨识区域及面积。
- different watch has different surface allocation, and different scan area.

c. 可弹性的调整修改及新增辨识对象（如新增一款錶面，可定义辨识区域，以增加准确度），如从define file中读取装置id，及其定义区域。
- allow developer could easily add the scan target (ex: add a new watch, could define the scan area, location), maybe by using a file that define the device ID, and scan area.

d. OCR Engine training 的介面（一样以英文字母及数字为主).

e. 验证需以iPhone 5s 为主。
- by using iPhone 5s camera.

f. 会提供相关辨识素材。
- will provide the testing pattern.

g. 时间约2-4週。
