Seeking Web designer:

I have a website host by cargo http://cargocollective.com and set up my page using a cargo template.
The general look of the website are fine. Since I don't have time, I would need someone to help to develop, customize, and update my cargo website.
Also it is very important to make the website very searchable through some kind of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
