<br />What I need done:<br />I need a website designed for my business. It should be able to be accessed in English or Spanish. The website has to have the same basic information as <span title="This information has been obscured for non-paying members"><font size="0.1em" color="#AAAAAA">&nbsp;&nbsp;[obscured]&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></span> <br /><br />What I already have versus what the provider will build:<br />This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with graphics and pictures. We already have a logo and the domain name purchased under vistahomesolutions.com.<br /><br />Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:<br />In terms of style, I want a very conservative look that will appeal to my potential clients that needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a foreclosure help in my geography.<br /><br />Specific expertise that I am seeking:<br />You should have experience designing websites. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.<br /><br />Timeframe for delivery:<br />I need to have this up and running within 2 weeks.
