<br />This is what I am trying to do. I have a few affiliate websites and would like to know how to track some specifics.

<br />All of my pages are done with ASP Active Server Pages.

<br />Looking for help with organic search listings.

<br />1. I am looking to capture the referring URL to my site.
<br />2. If that referring URL is a search engine, I am also looking to capture the keyword searched upon.

<br />I know that Google Analytics can do this, however, the problem is I need to capture the info and pass it through to the merchant via a server side variable.This way I will know the referring URL and/or search query.

<br />I was also thinking that it would be good to hide these variables with an id, probably in a database or somewhere else.I find that this info ( organically speaking ) would be extremely helpful and should be implemented on any affiliate site.

<br />This would ensure you would know where all organic sales are coming from.

<br />I am not sure whether this can/should be done with Google Analytics, Javascript, PHP, ASP ??? I am pretty open ??
