<br />We are in search for a web application developing team who will be able to build our website and possibly remain with us for future development phases. This web application developing team will need to be professionally skilled and proficient in a numerous amount of up-to-date wed designing programs such as PHP5, Dreamweaver, Flash and Ajax to name a few. The IT team must be able to create a website that gives the user a lot of user functions (i.e. Log-Ins, editing of user profile pages, uploading pictures, commercials and many placement of advertisements, etc). The IT team should be able to implement SEO features upon initial design. The bulk of the development will be database driven, such as storing of data for multiple searching abilities for various products and services.

<br />An important and key feature of our website will provide the ability of a merchant to advertise with us regardless of what type of ad. All of our advertisement spaces are planned and will have a size, length and area specific. The merchants that advertise with us must be allowed to submit their own ads without the need for an IT team and be able to submit their ads 24hrs a day. A merchant must also have the ability to purchase any other additional advertisements or special features, which will each have a pre-selected price that once reviewed and submitted will be auto populating the final cost and processed with out Merchant account. Therefore, the IT team will also need to work with an affiliated merchant to establish credit card payments to build in the proper security measures required by the banks.

<br />We are searching for an IT team that can proficiently, successfully and hassle-free create a virtually self-sustainable website.

<br />The team we are seeking will need to be a very strong, computer skilled web application development team who also can provide a fast turnaround and has very dependable communication skills. Communication will be an important aspect of our project and we will need to communicate via e-mail or chat at least three (3) times a week. This communication will ensure proper development and a steady flow of necessary material for each stage of the website.

<br />To make things as easy as possible for each other, the look, feel and every other aspect of the website has been planned and will be provided upon request. The site currently has no data available to be uploaded or viewed and the IT team will be starting from scratch. However will be supplied drafts of the look and page property codes. The web development team will mainly be responsible for the functions of our features.

<br />To further simplicity, the look and placement of our features have already been determined but we are open to suggestions from the team we choose to work with. The team will be supplied all necessary materials to develop and establish a NEW Internet company. You will not be required to host the site; however, we will need to see the progress by verified access to the server as development moves forward. Hosting may be a possibility depending on the company resources. We have a deadline of September 30th 2008, which should be plenty of time if we find the right team. Thank you.
