Summary:<br />- Help with data entry and clean up.<br />- Work will consist of entering mailing, contact and email information on arts and culture organizations and their leaders.<br />- locate mailing, staff, and other information.<br />- data must be entered in a consistent way, e.g., Street not St. *Staff member will introduce the project to the selected individuals and go over entry protocols.<br /><br />Format:<br />- All data will be given in Excel spreadsheet form.<br />- A list of 160 contacts will be given daily to the selected individual for a period of 3 weeks (5 day work week).<br />- The list of contacts will require checking, cleaning and updating (i.e., organizational names, staff names, addresses, websites, email addresses).<br /><br />Fields are:<br />1. First Name<br />2. Middle Name<br />3. Last Name<br />4. Organization Name<br />5. Org Mailing Address (address/city/state/5 digit zip; street address if&nbsp; different)<br />6.
