We have started on a new Flex/Flash based application, however due to work overload we can not continue working on it.

Project description:

This is going to be a flex based application for designing custom t-shirts/ garments. There are many existing examples online already see this example http://www.spreadshirt.com/create-your-own-t-shirt-C59

We advice those who might be interested in this project to study the features of the example given above properly. we are expecting the same quality and level of finish for our application.

NOTE, We will provide you will all the UI files for every screen in .PSD format. All Garments template also included in the design files.

We insist on using our design as it is provided to the winning bidder. The interface and final product must be 100% in line with our designs to the last detail.

We will not accept any compromises on the look and feel or look. So please don't waste our time by doing something of your own interpretation and thinking we will accept it, because we will not.

Deadline must be met for this project, we have estimated this work to take around 7 weeks to complete and ready for testing. An organised team of 3 or more can easy do this in the time frame given. No design process is involved here, only development.


Application requirements:

- The application must have all the necessary tools to enable any user to create or customise a garment of their choice using the drawing/text tools necessary. (See the example site above for details of such tools)
-The application must have a CMS to enable us manage the catalogue of garment types, upload vector graphics into the ready graphics library. Furthermore we need to be able to create categories/ sub-categories for the graphics. For examples if you look on http://www.spreadshirt.com/create-your-own-t-shirt-C59 you will see that the garment types are divided into categories i.e. Men, Women etc

Also on the same application you can see that the graphics library also divided into categories such as "Sport, Love, Music" etc.

- User should be able to Add graphics, text using the existing fonts/graphics available on the application. They should also be able to upload their own graphics, images. However for sake of copyright laws users must be prompted to agree to our T & C before they are allowed to upload external graphics or images. (See the example site for more detail of how this feature works) .

- Once the design has been completed by the user, then they should be allowed to add it to the shopping cart and make a payment. Note, we do not require user to be registered in order to place an order online. We think making the process easy for the user and avoid having them to register in order to place an order.

- We will be using "SagePay" as our payment gateway, so this needs to be integrated into the shopping cart system.
The shopping cart can be an off the shelf system you do not have to custom build it. We know that ready made shopping carts tend to be more secure and have better standard of code logic then most smaller and bespoke shopping carts developed by small group or individual developers. Shopping cart must be PHP based.

CMS requirements:

We should be able to view orders
Print order details such as garment type, size, Qty, colour, graphic which is been added, font type, customers shipping address etc.
We need to be able to run reports for total purchases and export them as an spread sheet file.
-Ability to upload new graphics to the graphics library, including creating categories and sub-categories
-Allowing us to upload new garment types, add product description, prices etc.and manging them

We should be able to download any graphics or images uploaded by the user (users who upload their own designs) application mus
