Hi guy, I need to start a long project in medical field. The final target will be a web portal to propose application for tablet for medical usage. I desire to build a long collaboration to work on this project.
We will start with a couple of applications:

first one: we need a sort of paint to permit to analyze the drawing operation of the user. We need to store each operation of the drawer, the pression of the touch, the motion of the tablet, the time spent for the design, the portion of the sheet used. I will be more detailed with the final person with will take in charge this task.

Second one: We need to build some scenarios from a selected collection. Once selected we have to be able to permeit to the user to interact with it with some component related to the scenario. Image for example a farm, well it is interesting to permit to the use to locate the animals on the image seeing for example the voice or a small animation for the animal itself. Of course we will evaluate a set of parameter for this that I will define before the commitment.

As I told this is the start up of a project that can be very long.
For these applications I have a budget of 2100 dollars.
Consider that I have no specific contraints for time, I have estimated 30 day for each app... I desire anyway to propose to my collaborators a first sample in June/July
