We are looking for two animations. One is a directory of a building (that can be easily editable by non programmers) and on the bottom is an animation ad. Stock images and dimensions will be given to the bidder, but designing/animation will not be. The second animation is the same animation on the bottom of the directory, just higher resolution. We would like that on both of the animations that every 10-15 seconds, it will flash our logo in some slick way (transition effects, wave designs, etc.)
