We are looking for a website similar to http://www.clubplanet.com/US/Chicago with a few modifications to make it a little simpler as given below.

We would like the headings to be:-


1. Pubs & Lounges

d. Submit Your Venue (This should be a form so that people can fill and send us the details so that we may contact them)

3. Shows, Festivals & Expo’s

b. Listing by Date (Calendar)
c. Submit Your Event(This should be a form so that people can fill and send us the details so that we may contact them)

c. Search by Location
d. Submit Event
5. New Years Eve (This should be a Tab that we can Enable or Disable based on the time of the year. We don’t want this tab to be on when new years is far and we should be able to change the name i.e. ‘New Years Eve’ to any festival name that we may choose)

There should be scroll box right above the Featured Events Calendar on the homepage for the Featured Venues.

F Connect should be integrated in the website just like clubplanet.com but we dont want any seperate login. We do want to store the Users Name and Email Address for future contacts. Also, when the user logs on for the first time, something should get posted on the users facebook wall saying that the user has joined our website.

Users must have an option so that after loging on using their facebook id, they should be able to select an event and click a button or something that will make the event show on their facebook page saying that the user will be attending the party(Something on these lines).

To submit video or photo, user must be loged on using fconnect.

In the Admin section, we would like the following pages along with any other pages that you may think are necessary to control the website:-

1. Add Venue Page for Pubs & Lounges, Discotheques and 'Shows, Festivals & Expo’s'.
2. Add Event Page for Pubs & Lounges, Discotheques and 'Shows, Festivals & Expo’s'.. There should be a check box to add the event as the featured event so that it automatically displays on the homepage. Only featured events get displayed on the homepage, for all other events, the user has the to click on the bottom to show all events.
3. Add Photos
4. Add Videos
5. New Years Eve Admin Section
6. Ad Management Page
7. Add/Select Featured Sponsors and Promoters to be showcased on the homepage.
8. Add News
9. Management page for the front section to select or add what to display in the box where the headlines are shown.
10. Featured Events.
11. Featured Venue Management. We should be able to select the venue from the database and add a time period for which the venue is featured.
Any Other relevant admin pages that are required to run the website smoothly.

For the layout we want professional but fancy. Logo must be designed and code must be provided to us after the completion of the project. There should be atleast 3 month support included with the offer so that in the event there are problems, they can be resolved.

We would prefer using Wordpress or something to make it easier for us but programming choice is of the designers and must be indicated in the offer.
