I want a phone app (Iphone & Android) that somewhat mirrors my website (wvtakeout dot com). The site for now has generic graphics for a simple example. I trust, and want, your creativity and design to develop the app. The app does not need to be black & green like the website (I would actually prefer something more fun and colorful).

Here is what I need with this app: Home page that displays the current cities available (for the initial launch I will have only four cities: Bridgeport, Clarksburg, Fairmont, Morgantown). All pages other than the home page should have a “previous” navigation arrow and a “home” navigation button. Once the user chooses their city, they will be taken to the categories: “browse all” at the top, casual dining, fine dining, fast food, etc…). From this screen, I would like the option to add a small advertisement banner at the top of the next screen for restaurants choosing to pay for ads. At this screen, it should say “now viewing Clarksburg Fast Food” (or whatever chosen city/option) and the user will see a list of restaurants (with a small banner image for each restaurant). To the right of the restaurant name, I would want the restaurant’s current wait time to be displayed (with a colorful numerical button – see attached) (see below for Restaurant Admin Panel). Once the user clicks a specific restaurant, the screen will show the name of the Restaurant the user is viewing and the current wait and have buttons for the following: Phone (to place a call to the restaurant), Navigate (to use phone’s gps to navigate to the restaurant’s registered address), Menu (to view an image of the restaurant’s current menu), Add Name to Wait List (will take user to a form where they can send last name/party size/expected arrival time to the restaurant’s admin panel), Current specials/coupons (if the restaurant has downloaded any images of coupons or specials those will be shown here, otherwise will say N/A).

ADMIN PANEL FOR MYSELF – I would need a unique login ID and would have access to all fields for all restaurants. I need to add/del/change any images, add/del cities, dining options, restaurants. I would need to be able to change what category each restaurant is listed in (fine dining, fast food, etc) and I would need access to arrange the order the restaurants are displayed (in their category and also the browse all category). This will be determined by the restaurant’s monthly payment price. I would like an option to turn the advertising banners on/off ( the ad banners will only be shown on the page after they choose from browse all, fine dining, fast food, etc…).

RESTAURANT ADMIN PANEL –I would need any or all restaurants to be able to be logged in at the same time. I would need each restaurant to have a unique login ID to admin panel which will let them update their restaurant only and the app will be info will be updated in real time. Each restaurant admin panel will show their restaurant info only. So they can update their image, their address/phone number, they can view a list of incoming reservations (updated frequently), they can upload/change their image of their restaurant menu, and they can update their current wait time (very frequently).)

Is your bid for iphone/droid/both? If for only one, are you able to convert this to the other platform? If so, how much will that cost be? Will you assist with submission to the app markets? Do you offer follow up tech support for me? If so, how long?
