I am looking for someone who will work with BaseCamp for the project management so we know all the steps and have a great team development communication.

I am looking for a Freelancer who can easily manage a project a suggest way to improve the project.

Here are details of this project:

The application must be supported and developed for the following media: APPLE (IPOD, IPAD, iPhone), Android, BlackBerry.

Features required:
1) Geotag the location of the person and send a photo, description and location via email (fsignaling form will be provide by the client)
2) Check reports to date (updated by the website/microsite (wireframe will be provided by the client)
3) Find out if a problem is terminated ( wireframe will be provided by the client)
4) Look at the problems reported by region on a map (updated by the website)

The application will have to be approved by Apple and register to be fonctionnal.
Freelancer has to provide portfolio of similar project and reviews. Also, the guide lines regarding Application and technological registration has to be explain and provided to me by the Freelancer.

It is our second project on moby application and we need guidance regarding some points.

Project should be completed by mid-march 2011. Update and project preview will be required all project long to follow and optimize team communication.
