Mobile Application Creation w/ Supporting Website

Requirements:
- Must work for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry
- Needs to incorporate google maps (direction service), weekly special,
- Needs to have a clean, simple website where customers can enter in information (name, address, phone number, starch preference, etc.) and business can update information, orders, specials, etc.
- Needs to be able to notify for specials, "order is ready" (the dry cleaner needs to be able to update customer data that an order is ready with price and they receive a notification)

**For example, the dry cleaner employee needs to be able to log into a website and "notify" Mr. Jones that his 3 shirts are ready and the price is $9.50... We close at 7pm tonight, thank you.

- Needs to be visually customizable (change background, buttons, etc. for different dry cleaners)
- Please offer your best recommendations/offers for hosting, service ideas, and ongoing support.

I'm looking for someone who could do multiple projects like the one listed here... assuming the performance warrants it. This is a project that requires up front creation and potentially ongoing support.
